You are being asked to complete this survey because there has been interest in starting a CLL patient and caregiver support group in the Palm Springs / Coachella Valley (Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, La Quinta, Indio and area) sponsored by the CLL Society Support & Education Network. We would like to identify the best day/time, location and frequency for a support group meeting.
